AirAsia connects Pattaya with China

Thai AirAsia has unveiled plans to launch two new routes connecting Pattaya with mainland China, as it makes the resort town its fifth operating base in Thailand.
The low-cost carrier will launch flights to Pattaya’s U-Tapao Airport from Nanning, the capital of southern China’s Guangxi region, and Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi, on 25 and 26 September respectively.

AirAsia unveils ASEAN Pass

AirAsia has launched a new travel pass intended to offer passengers cheaper flights across the ASEAN region.
The new AirAsia ASEAN Pass is available for purchase from, priced at MYR499 (US$137) for 10 credits. There is also an AirAsia ASEAN Pass+ offering 20 credits for MYR888.
